    Workplace Giving

    Your company can make a difference.  Supporting a United Way campaign at your office makes a powerful statement about your commitment to the community.  Offering payroll deduction as a contribution method is an added benefit making giving easy.  More than 75% of United Way’s funding to the community is raised by individuals who pledge at the workplace.  Join us as we build a stronger, healthier, more compassionate community together.

    United Way of South Central Oklahoma is working to improve the quality of life throughout our community.  We coordinate collectively with local donors, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and faith groups to deliver long-term solutions for individuals and families in Southern Oklahoma.  Community-minded companies throughout our service area make a corporate gift to United Way of South Central Oklahoma because it allows them not only to support the community but the ability to create change.

    Volunteers are a crucial part of our mission to improve the health, safety, education and economic well-being of families in need.  Many of our community partners utilizes volunteers as well to conduct their daily workflows.  However you choose to volunteer, you will be appreciated. United Way of South Central Oklahoma makes it simple for people and organizations to be part of the solution; to come together to take ACTION. By partnering with leaders and residents throughout the community, we can build long-term solutions to the issues our community informs us are most vital.

Through collaborations we have created and partnerships we foster, together, we are helping real people overcome real struggles. We know that problems remain complex, as do the solutions however, together we can make a difference. Every day, our volunteers, donors and advocates are making a lasting difference in so many ways. United Way of South Central Oklahoma turns innovative ideas into real community solutions. One way we are making this happen is through are partnerships with resources such as 211 and SingleCare.

United Way supports 211, a free and confidential service that helps people across North America find the local resources they need 24 hours, 7 days a week.

SingleCare provides individuals with access to more affordable prescription medication through their savings cards. Accepted in most pharmacies across the U.S., the SingleCare card can save consumers money regardless of their insurance status. There are no fees or eligibility requirements.
