We are excited to have you join us at the United Way BBQ Showdown Pickleball Tournament on August 7 and 8! As a reminder, your registration includes admission to enjoy Cajun and/or BBQ at the event. To purchase tickets for spectators click Buy Tickets Now. Please review the parking and transportation details below.
Friday Parking & Shuttle Information
- Park at Ardmore Noble Stadium
- When you arrive, show your registration confirmation to the volunteer at the bus loading area.
- After verification, board a shuttle to Regional Park.
- Shuttles will run approximately every 5–7 minutes for quick, easy access to the park.
- Participants will be dropped off near the pickleball courts.
Saturday Entry & Parking Information
- Please refer to the attached map for Saturday morning entry directions
- Proof of registration or event tickets is required to receive your vehicle pass at the entrance gate
- Every passenger in the vehicle must have proof of registration or tickets.
- Once issued, your vehicle pass will allow entry and re-entry throughout the day on Saturday.
To help reduce delays, please have your registration confirmation or tickets readily available upon arrival. We look forward to seeing you on the courts!
